We follow the industry standard for the return and exchange policy of formal wear. Hence, we request that you carefully choose the size and style of the item you wish to purchase.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at galita.usastore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange process.

If you wish to return an item for re-inspection, you must ship it back to our store within 5 business days from the time the package was delivered. Refunds will not be credited if we do not receive your return within this time frame.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it for any defects or damages. If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange the item as per your request.
